Adamseged Abebe has been awarded a prestigious fellowship: the inaugural Global Rhodes Scholarship for graduate study at the University of Oxford. He is one of two chosen from countries around the world for the new honor, which allows exceptional students who are from countries not historically eligible. Adam joined the Malawi Project in the field in 2017 for the MLSFH-Mature Adults Cohort (MLSFH-MAC) Aging Study and data collection supervised by Iliana Kohler.
