I graduated from Brown University with a BA in Comparative Literature and Literary Translation in 2011. Before coming to the Population Studies Center, I worked in the public policy division of the Guttmacher Institute, where I tracked state legislation across the US on family planning and abortion issues. In my first year at the PSC, I researched fertility timing of first-generation college graduates in the US. My current research focuses on health and mortality differentials by social class in the US. I am also pursuing a Master's degree in Statistics from the Wharton School.
